This 1970s Maralunga in a rich shade of brown is in exceptional condition. While the armrests of the armchair display slight indications of leather wear, the rest of the leather is in impeccable condition. The backrest joints are durable and operate flawlessly. Designed by VIco Magistretti in 1973, the Maralunga has garnered a devoted following thanks to its adaptability. The backrest can be easily transformed from a chic lounge chair into a high-backed armchair in a matter of seconds. Cassina obtained the exclusive license to manufacture furniture created by Le Corbusier, Pierre Jeanneret, and Charlotte Perriand back in 1964.
