The Alida floor lamp, designed and produced in Italy during the 1970s by VIco Magistretti for Oluce, is a truly unique piece. Its acrylic dome shade appears to float above a black enameled post, supported by a single piece of bent steel. With a single light source that shines from the top of the base, the lamp projects upward towards the dome. It features a single E27 socket type that has been adapted for US usage, and we suggest using a maximum 75W halogen bulb to avoid damaging the acrylic. Bulb is not included.
