This Verner Panton uplighter for Elteva Denmark from 1980 is an extremely uncommon piece. In fact, it was only produced for a few years during the early 1980s. While the standard Pantop models are easily found and remain available today, this particular uplighter is a true rarity. To clarify, this is the wide version with a 45 cm shade rather than the smaller 30 cm model. While many sellers attribute these lamps to J. Luber from Switzerland, they were actually manufactured by Elteva in Denmark. Thanks to its broad shade, this lamp casts an incredibly elegant and gentle light. The shade resembles a delicate flower and makes for an extremely impressive piece when seen in person. Additionally, the lamp boasts a signature on its bottom and is in excellent vintage condition.
