All wooden components originate from the Chandigarh area and are authentic Mid-Century pieces. The file rack features a beautiful patina that showcases its individuality and age. It can be used as a bookshelf, sideboard, or room divider, delivering a unique character to every shelf that industrial designs fail to replicate. This version with five holes comes with an exquisite asymmetrical arrangement that is exceptionally rare. We sell only authentic midcentury objects, carefully and personally selected by the gallery owner in India. All purchases are in their unrestored state, preserving crucial indicators of authenticity, such as old cracks, layers of scratches, worn lacquer, and wood oxidation. We do not substitute or use damaged parts from other Jeanneret objects, solely preserving original pieces. In addition, each object comes with a "Certificate of Authenticity." Our gallery is based in Switzerland, birthplace of Pierre Jeanneret and Le Corbusier. Our owner studied architecture at the prestigious ETH university in Zurich before opening his gallery. Over time, he earned widespread recognition as a leading expert on Chandigarh objects, particularly those created by Pierre Jeanneret, and has amassed a vast selection of authentic midcentury pieces. Our newly opened showroom boasts 450m2 of space and features a handpicked collection of exceptional design masterpieces in our two glass houses.
