This listing is for an authentic pair of early model Armchairs by Pierre Jeanneret, known as the PJ-SI-29-A 'Easy Low' Armchair or 'Fauteuil En Teck.' These chairs feature a rare back/seat connection and open back design. They are made of solid teak and have a braided cane work seat and backrest. The armrests are supported by Compass type double side leg assembly, which connects the legs with two crosspieces. The chairs have a slanted and slightly curved backrest attached to the seat by two supports at the bottom. The chairs come with an authenticity certificate and an off-white Belgian linen pillow. They also feature signatures and numbers on the back of the seat, indicating their location and production area. Further pictures, questions, and remarks are welcomed.
