Formerly Perfwolff was a blend of Blaufrankisch and Cabernet Sauvignon. Until 2008 this wine was labeled as 'Eisenberg'. Critic tasting note: "Dark ruby, purple reflections, subtle brightening on the rim. Savoury herbal aromas, dark fruits of the forest confit, blackberry, a touch of nougat, candied orange zest and floral nuances. Powerful with fine fruit expression, round tannins, salty minerality and a touch of Valrhona chocolate on the finish. Just starting to become approachable, very long length and full-bodied. (Drink/Store +15)." - 94/100, Falstaff
