Teaming up with Italy-based sneaker boutique Slam Jam and Italian sneaker brand Diadora, Ronnie Fieg collaborated to design the Ronnie Fieg x Diadora RF7000 "Primo" inspired by the classic V7000 silhouette. By incorporating asymmetrical leather overlays on the toe box, RF added a unique and vintage touch to the new Primo RF7000. Not only did Ronnie Fieg put his own spin on the original V7000, creating the RF7000 Primo, but he also reimagined the Italian flag colors to craft the shoe's colorway. Instead of the traditional parallel design using Italian colors, he opted for burgundy on the toe box and stripes, off-white on the majority of the upper, and olive on the tongue and heel tab. The Primo features a premium mix of pebbled nubuck, leather, and pigskin suede on the upper, with a leather sock liner and debossed footbeds. Priced at $200, the Primos were available at Kith NYC locations, the web shop, SJS Milan, and Slam Jam's online store. A unique touch to the release was the introduction of UberRush as a shipping option for a limited number of pairs in New York City, with Ronnie Fieg personally delivering a pair to a lucky Primo owner.
