Mario Bellini's Area Curva table lamp for Artemide, produced in the 1970s, features a cocoon-shaped lampshade with an irregular square form, which can be adjusted as required. The central structure is made of white enamelled metal and is curved, while the black painted metal cylinder forms the base of the lamp. The lamp is in excellent condition but may have minor color losses on the white metal. The dimensions are 47 x 64 x 66.5 H in cm. The cocoon material was introduced in Italy by Flos and was first presented at the 1959 universal exhibition in Milan. If you require additional information or photographs, please contact us.
