In 1925, René Lalique embarked on the creation of thirty car mascots to adorn the vehicles of that era. The Victoire Mascot, originally crafted from glass, stands out as one of the most striking figurines from this collection. Designed in 1928, Victoire embodies a message of peace, marking the 10th anniversary of the end of World War I on November 11th, 1918. The exquisite face of Victoire exudes a sense of speed and motion, brought to life through the skilled artistry of satin-finish, clear crystal and light. This unique piece, featuring clear crystal and black lacquered accents, measures at H 16.5 x L 43 x W 27.5 cm. The elegant cigar box includes a humidifier, hygrometer, an additional tray, and separators. This edition is numbered and belongs to the Lalique Maison collection, designed by Lady Tina Green & Pietro Mingarelli.
