This is a 1968 production of Florence Knoll's Model 116 sideboard for Knoll International, a classic modernist design. It boasts sliding doors with Seagrass, a popular detail from the Bauhaus tradition, and delightful stitched leather strips as handles. The body is crafted from bright ash wood on the outer side and light maple on the inner side. The interior carries two 'Knoll International' stickers as marks. A well-maintained and valuable piece of design history.
