The Beautiful Bentwood Seating set, crafted by the renowned architect Josef Hoffmann for Jacob & Josef Kohn in around 1907, is an extraordinary and elegant collection. Made from high-quality, fine bentwood (beech that has been steamed and pressurized), both the bench and chair bear Hoffmann's unique design, known as the "Fledermaus" design. This design was originally intended for the world-famous Cabaret Fledermaus in Vienna and has since become highly sought after across the globe. The set has been recently reupholstered using a Backhausen fabric, which adds a touch of luxury to the timeless Art Nouveau design. Furthermore, a small cushion upholstered with the same fabric is included, making this set an ideal addition to any home. This beautifully restored set from the company of J&J Kohn includes a chair that measures 19.8" in depth, 21.3" in width, and 31.0" in height.
