This is a VIntage table lamp designed by Joe Colombo for Oluce, Italy in 1965. Despite its age, it is still in relatively good condition. The lamp has an adjustable shade and a metal stem that can be rotated 360 degrees, providing direct light. It consists of a lacquered metal base, shade, and chrome metal stem, and comes with an original, specially designed bulb. Notably, the Spider lamp is included in the permanent collections of several museums, including The Milan Triennale, the Philadelphia Museum of Art, the Kunstmuseum of Düsseldorf, and the "Neue Sammlung Museum" in Munich. This lamp has good vintage condition with some signs of use on the base as pictured. It has been tested and is in working order, with an EU plug (it can be used in the US at 120v by changing the bulb). Please note that international shipping rates may vary due to the oversized dimensions of this item. Measuring 110 cm in height, 64 cm in width, and 10 cm in depth, this lamp is a beautiful example of Mid-Century Modern design.
