The Stilnovo brand, originally established in Milan in 1946, was well-known for their innovative and iconic lighting designs during the Midcentury era. They worked with renowned designers, including Joe Colombo, to produce exceptional pieces that were renowned for their attention to detail, materials, and craftsmanship. Stilnovo has made a comeback in 2019, with the promise of faithfully reproducing its classic designs, including the beloved 'Minitopo' table lamp by Joe Columbo in 1970. This table lamp is an icon in its own right, recognizable for its timeless design. The reflector's shape mimics that of a standard light bulb, set atop an arm designed like a gooseneck. Five slots on the reflector prevent direct glare, while providing an outlet for original incandescent bulbs' heat. The black handle allows for adjustment of the reflector to different angles, making it ideal for any task. The special edition features the all-red powder-coated steel that aptly showcases Italian design's essence. Each piece is sold separately and can be ordered in green & chrome, black & chrome, white & chrome, red & chrome, all chrome, gold & black, and special edition red. The larger table size with a clamp bottom or a base, and a floor lamp variation are also available in separate listings. Shipping cost is per item and cannot be combined. The lamp can be illuminated using any standard medium base E26 bulb or a 7-watt LED, which is sold separately.
