Designed by Jean Prouve' in 1930, the reclining chairs made of steel and canvas are a remarkable piece of French design. Initially created as a gift for the wedding of Prouvé's sister, only eight of these chairs were ever produced. In 1982, Tecta collaborated with Prouvé to revive the design for a limited edition run. The elegant chair comprises of two steel tubes connected by a welded steel part and features red canvas upholstery with a seat cushion and two back bars. This folding chair is a rare and coveted piece of furniture design.
