This is a rare floor lamp model "L4" designed by Isamu Noguchi and manufactured by Ozeki & Co, Japan during the 1950s. The lamp is in exceptional vintage condition, exhibiting a charming patina from age and use. It consists of washi paper, metal, and an iron foot. The paper shade is devoid of any defects, but the metal pole and lamp holder display minor scratches from shade attachment, primarily inside the shade and not easily noticeable. The piece is signed with the classic red logo, "the Sun and the Moon." It measures H: 193 cm W: 63 cm D: 63 cm, and it exudes an attractive demeanor.
