The pine frame of this piece has a striking grey finish and boasts original leather accents. This is an exceptionally early example, possibly even a prototype, and was showcased at the Copenhagen Cabinet makers' Guild Exhibition in 1961. Its measurements are as follows: H 71 cm/ 28", W 73 cm/ 28 3/4", D 51 cm/ 20", and SH 47 cm/ 18 1/2". This design is featured in Grete Jalk's "40 Years of Danish Design", Volume 4, on pages 162-163.
