These are two beautifully restored armchairs designed by Hans J. Wegner in beech wood. Known as "The Koldinghus Chair," these were created as part of a restoration project for the historic Danish castle Koldinghus that suffered partial damage during the Napoleon wars. The chairs boast Wegner's signature style and comfort, and have been carefully inspected and refinished by our skilled cabinetmaker to ensure they are in excellent condition with minimal signs of age and use. To add a personal touch, we are offering free re-upholstery in any "Kvadrat" fabric and color of your choice before shipping. Alternatively, if you prefer to handle the re-upholstery yourself, we offer a discount on the chairs delivered ready for your creative touch.
