The chair features a solid rosewood frame, a drop-in upholstered seat, and a wraparound cane backrest. While the frame appears to have a later clear lacquered coating, it still retains its vintage charm. Although it shows some cosmetic wear in the fabric seat, this is to be expected and adds to the chair's overall character, given its age. Standing at 29.5 inches tall with armrests 27.5 inches in height and a seat height of 17 inches, this iconic and rare piece is affectionately referred to as the Round Chair, alternatively known as simply The Chair.
