Influenced by American Shaker furniture principles and craftsmanship, these chairs from the 1960s have been updated with new paper cord for added durability. The CH36 chair boasts tapered legs that provide an elegant appearance as they taper towards the ground and slightly upwards at the rear. A curved backrest optimizes back support, with more curve at the top than at the bottom. The frame and seat are hand-woven in durable paper cord to complete the look. For added comfort and support, two chairs in this set come with armrests - the CH37 model.
