This magnificent oak sideboard from the 1960s, designed by the French duo Guillerme and Chambron, is a truly striking piece that will make a lasting impression. With an impressive width of 11.5 feet, it provides ample storage space for all of your essentials. The lower section is structured with two sliding doors, while the left lower part includes seven bottom drawers. The oak veneer of the doors is visually interesting with horizontal and vertical stripes. The upper compartments feature four door panels that function as extendable table tops when opened downwards, revealing various different shelves. This exceptional item is in excellent condition and would be a valuable addition to any living room or kitchen area. Jacques Chambron (1914-2001) and Robert Guillerme (1913-1990) began their production in the postwar era, creating furniture with expressive woodwork and a strong character. The duo set up their workshop in an old factory where the machinery was previously used to make rifles. Seeing the potential in the machinery, Guillerme and Chambron continued to use it to create their high back chairs. Their collection was made in small editions and was named "Votre Maison," which translates to "Your Home."
