The structure of the Cessato Allarme coat rack, designed by the De Pas, D'Urbino, Lomazzi studio in 1986 and produced by Poltronova in 1991, features a base and head made of cast aluminum, an iron structure, and aluminum cones. The coat rack is finished with water-based paint. Inspired by the alarm horns stationed on light poles during the war, the coat rack's name reflects this historical context. However, it exudes a cheerful and pop aesthetic in bold colors, which Paolo Lomazzi encourages us to "refresh the trumpet" metaphorically in early winter 2020.
