The George Nelson Steel Frame Case series cabinet was initially produced in its debut year. The cabinet is available in either black or white steel frames with a linoleum top, combined with sky blue sides and facade. A single drawer with two sliding cabinet doors complements the design. Signed by the manufacturer within the drawer, these cabinets are recognized as one of the designs conceived by George Nelson, a renowned pioneer in modernist design in America. Herman Miller produced them from 1954 to 1966, with some pieces indicating the initial production year. Despite minor wear, the cabinet remains in excellent original condition.
