This exceptional collection of six Mira chairs was expertly crafted by George Nakashima at his New Hope Studio in approximately 1959. Utilizing cherry wood, this early work was commissioned and named after Nakashima's daughter Mira. The design is both lightweight and functional, with an organic shape that pairs perfectly with dining tables. Recently, in 2015, the chairs were professionally refinished by Nakashima Studio, ensuring they are in outstanding condition. Additionally, copies of the original order card are included with the set. It is important to note that this offering is solely for the six chairs, as the accompanying dining table is no longer available.
