, these chairs are called the 'Du 26 G' model by Gastone Rinaldi and were manufactured by Rima in Italy back in 1956. They boast a sturdy metal frame, with an upholstered seat and backrest. The chairs are supported by a swivel base that can be adjusted to the desired height, similar to a piano stool. Recently reupholstered in a deluxe dark forest green velvet by Pierre Frey, made of wool and cotton, ensuring high quality materials. To enhance comfort, the foam and Pirelli rubber straps have been replaced as well. Ideal for use in a dining room or office, these chairs boast a well-proportioned backrest ensuring a comfortable seat. The chairs are well-maintained and come with a literature reference titled 'Gastone Rinaldi. Designer all Rima, Italia', by Giuseppe and Jacopo Drago, published by Capitolium Art in 2015. Overall, in excellent condition and an excellent addition to any space in need of comfortable yet stylish seating.
