While the architect is widely known for his iconic architectural projects such as Fallingwater and Taliesin, his talent in textile design is not as well-known. In collaboration with Schumacher in 1955, Wright created a line of fabrics that were bold and graphic, yet have been mostly overlooked due to his architectural legacy. Schumacher reintroduced the collection in 1986 during the Postmodern Neo-Deco era, which included textiles, sheers, and wall coverings. This original anthology of sample prints from the 1986 collection is a rare and beautiful addition to any collection.'Schumacher partnered with the Frank Lloyd Wright foundation in 2017 to create a new fabric collection inspired by the original 1955 line, to celebrate the 150th anniversary of Wright's birth.
