In 1907, Frank Lloyd Wright designed a table intended as a sideboard for Boynton Hall in Rochester, New York. It features strong horizontal and vertical lines, characteristic of Wright's residential designs. Cassina, an Italian manufacturer, now produces the table, which is available in Canaletto walnut and several cherrywood finishes. The piece is finished on both sides, allowing for versatile placement. While the images on the website show various colors and finishes, the item for sale is depicted in the first photograph, and note that actual colors may vary due to differences in viewing screens. Throughout his career, Wright championed the harmonious relationship between nature and architecture, and became widely regarded as America's greatest architect. Cassina, for their part, has revisited designs by prominent architects, using contemporary technology to reproduce classic styles.
