Frank Lloyd Wright designed a set of hinged bench seats and a table for the Unitarian Meeting House in Madison, Wisconsin, which he also created. The components of each piece were built at Wright's Taliesin studio and assembled at the Meeting House by his apprentices under his supervision. Wright was an active member of the congregation and contributed towards the funding of the project. The benches and table were utilized for more than three decades and the Meeting House is now recognized as a US National Historic Landmark. The original installations can be observed in the images included, along with authentication documents from the Frank Lloyd Wright Memorial Foundation. The dimensions of the pieces are as follows: standard bench-29" high, 42" wide, 21" deep; low bench-22" high, 42" wide, 21" deep; single bench-29" high, 21" wide, 21" deep; and table-25" high, 46" wide, 40" deep in a manner that is pleasing.
