Unveiled to the world in 2011, the SKULL timepiece emerged as a visionary creation born from the artistic prowess of Fiona during her tenure at the prestigious ECAL art school in Switzerland. The culmination of this passion project led to its commercial debut in 2014, heralding the inaugural timepiece under the eponymous designer, Fiona Krüger. Limited to a mere dozen units, the SKULL boasts a distinctive case sculpted in the likeness of a skull, measuring at 57.4 x 41.3 mm. Driven by the TechnoTime 718 movement, this unique creation forgoes the date complication. Infused with Fiona Krüger's creative vision, the SKULL pays homage to historical influences such as the 17th-century skull watch of Mary Queen of Scots and the vibrant Dia de Los Muertos tradition in Mexico. Drawing inspiration from the ornate skeleton movements found in modern luxury watches, each SKULL timepiece is meticulously handcrafted in Switzerland. Powered by a Swiss mechanical movement, the SKULL ensures a remarkable 5-day power reserve. The intricately hand-decorated 3-layer dial mirrors the captivating aesthetics of the underlying movement, accentuating the watch's mechanical essence. Enclosed within a meticulously hand-polished stainless steel skull-shaped case, this distinctive timepiece is accompanied by a bespoke leather wristband, epitomizing the fusion of artistry and horological craftsmanship.
