Critic tasting note: "For Concreto (first vintage 2014), they select vines planted on chalky soils in the Piedra Infinita VIneyard in Altamira, at 1,100 meters a.s.l., very close to the mountains. They don’t use any oak, and only whole bunches in order to achieve more structure. It ages in concrete so that the fruit and origin are expressed as clearly as possible. Of the 3 versions on the market, this is the most solid in terms of its chalky-textured tannins. It’s firm and robust but surrounded by abundant red and black fruit at the same time. And the finish has a seductively raw, blood sausage side." - 96/100, Patricio Tapia - Descorchados
