A 'Manifesto' ceiling lamp, designed by Ettore Sottsass of Austria/Italy and manufactured by Stilnovo of Italy in 1970, is available for purchase. This exceptional piece features a chrome-plated and red lacquered metal shade, an original bulb holder, wiring, ceiling fixing plate, and nuts and bolts. It stands at an impressive 118.5 cm / 46.5 in. and is believed to be a prototype or early production model, as it differs from later/production models in its thicker gauge metal tube and slightly different ceiling fixings. Despite minor knocks and a dent to one side of the shade, the lamp is fully functioning and in good condition, with the chrome tube showing no notable damage. As a rare find, we leave it to the buyer's discretion whether to fully restore the shade, which we can arrange and oversee if required.
