The floor lamp known as model ID-S, credited to the renowned designer Ettore Sottsass from the 1980s, is currently being produced by the esteemed Italian company Staff in sleek black color. An excellent feature of this floor lamp is the swivel filter cap that it includes. Ettore Sottsass, who was originally from Innsbruck, Austria but later moved to Italy, established himself as a designer, architect, and entrepreneur in his new home. In 1981, he formed the Memphis Group, which challenged the conventional design aesthetic. He went on to collaborate with several top-tier design companies like Alessi, Olivetti, and Artemide. Some of his most recognized pieces are the Elea 9003 calculator and the Valentine typewriter from 1961.
