This is an original and early production set of Eero Saarinen's iconic Tulip Chairs for Knoll. Each chair is signed and features upholstered seat pads made of off white striped wool blend. They retain their original soft white finish and possess a lightweight yet durable construction. The chairs also have early Knoll "K" 320 Park Ave. paper labels under the cushions, dating them to the early 1960s. One chair has a minor paint chip to the base as visible in the provided photo.
