The Dodge Spirit was a mid-size sedan that was introduced in 1989 and produced until 1995. It was a replacement for the Dodge 600 and had a similar design to the Chrysler LeBaron. The Spirit was available in several trims including base, ES, and R/T, with varying levels of features and performance. Under the hood, the Spirit came equipped with either a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine or a 3.0-liter V6 engine, both paired with either a three-speed or four-speed automatic transmission. The top-performing R/T model featured a 2.2-liter turbocharged engine with a five-speed manual transmission, capable of delivering 224 horsepower. Inside, the Dodge Spirit offered spacious seating for up to six passengers, with comfortable cloth or leather seats, power windows and locks, and climate control. The ES and R/T models added sportier features such as a tachometer and power-adjustable driver's seat. Overall, the Dodge Spirit was a reliable and affordable mid-size sedan that offered a versatile range of features and performance options.
