In this exquisite necklace, 18K yellow gold and diamonds are used to convey the meaning of the lotus flower, while the glossy yellow mother of pearl adds to its iridescence. The lotus design is centered around a round brilliant diamond, which is held in place by prongs and surrounded by smaller diamonds in a halo and petal arrangement. Sitting on top of the yellow mother of pearl, the lotus is thought to be shielded by the protective stone. On the back of the pendant, there is a single round brilliant diamond, creating a modern and minimalistic look. With a width of 14.5 mm, the flower design dangles from a 45.0 cm necklace with a sizing loop at 42.0 cm. Ethically sourced materials, including diamonds totaling approximately 0.28 carats, were used in the making of this necklace and were set by hand.
