It was fermented in concrete eggs with 5% stems, and then aged in the same eggs for six months before bottling. This is a delicious red, one of those criolla wines that are able to show the variety with particular clarity and that are also fruity, refreshing, tense in tannins, understandable by anyone who has not had much contact with this variety.
