This is a superb set of six Butterfly chairs designed by Arne Jacobsen and produced by Fritz Hansen in Denmark during the 1950s. The timeless classic design is beautifully showcased in this particular set, which features an uncommon and stunning natural leather upholstery that is all original. Compared to the standard wooden versions, this leather upholstery is much rarer and harder to come by. The chairs are made with a bent plywood shell and sturdy metal legs and are in good used condition, with a charming patina on the leather that adds to their unique character. While there are some pressure marks from stacking on a few of the seats, nothing is loose or broken, making this set a beautiful addition to any home.
