Originally crafted by Arne Jacobsen for Rødovre Town Hall in 1959, the AJ Eklipta 450 Wall Lamp Set of 3 from Louis Poulsen features a timeless design that exudes sophistication. The set includes three brand-new wall lamps that remain in current production to this day, each boasting a 450mm size ideal for indoor stairways or outdoor walls. Additionally, Jacobsen went on to create a smaller 220mm version for St. Catherine's College in England. The opal glass shade contains three layers of mouth-blown glass, resulting in a uniformly lit surface that is both soft and comfortable. With its transparent edge, the lamp also emits a decorative halo of light around the fixture, making it a popular choice for architectural settings worldwide. As a finishing touch, Jacobsen himself often favored the largest size for optimal impact.
