The 401 cantilever lounge chair, an early edition designed by Alvar Aalto and produced by Huonekalu Ja Rakennustyötehdas in Turku, Finland in the late 1930s, has been refurbished with original fabric from Artek - the company established by Alvar and Aino Aalto in 1935. This vintage piece is in good condition with signs of use on the wooden frame and minor discoloration on the fabric. It is numbered under the feet and made from high-quality materials including fabric and birchwood. Measuring at approximately 98 cm in height, 63 cm in width, 66 cm in depth, and with a seating height of 34 cm, this chair is a true treasure.
