After an extended hiatus of 8 years, Jordan Brand finally brought back the Air Jordan Retro 3 "True Blue" in 2009 - albeit with some confusion. The release was highly anticipated and eagerly awaited by sneaker enthusiasts, but there was no official launch in the US. This was a rare occurrence for Jordan retros, and the situation was further compounded by the numerous sneaker blogs all vying to be the first to break the news.
