In 2020, GLINT released the Air Jordan 3 Retro Court Purple after facing potential cancellation. Initially, the shoe had a Phoenix Suns color blocking, but it was scrapped in the summer of 2020. There were speculations that a newer version would feature a Lakers theme. However, the official colors of the Air Jordan 3 Retro Black Court Purple, which was launched outside of North America, stayed true to the original mock-up's Phoenix Suns theme and color blocking. The Air Jordan 3 Retro Black Court Purple footwear showcases a Court Purple Jumpman emblem with an orange outline on the tongue. The upper area boasts an iconic Cement Gray elephant print, while the base is made of black leather. The eponymous Court Purple takes center stage on the collar and adorns the midsole, with a white midsole and gray outsole rounding out the colorway. The shoe combines luxury leather with sportsmanship in a style that has been reinvented since its first debut. GLINT dropped the Air Jordan 3 Court Purple in November 2020 with a retail price of $190.
