This piece was crafted by Cassina in the 1960s and now resides in a private collection. It has been featured in multiple publications, including Domus and Repertorio 1950-1980 by Giuliana Gramigna. Designed by the talented duo of Afra Bianchin and Tobia Scarpa, who were deeply influenced by Carlo Scarpa, this table reflects their dedication to modernism while still prioritizing comfort and aesthetics. The couple worked with many well-known companies, including B&B Italia and Cassina, and even won the Compasso d'Oro award for their Soriana model. Their use of innovative materials and production techniques set them apart from their peers. They also produced many notable architectural projects throughout their career.
